How to Change windows7/8/10 theme like a PRO?

Here are some samples of my screen:


To get the theme follow the steps:
Step 1:Download the File ThemePack-HUD
Step 2:Set the path of installation at "C:\Windows\Resources\Themes"
Step 3:Complete the installation.
Step 4:Now Download the patch file Here
Step 5:Open the file and select the OS version (i.e 32bit or 64bit) and click on patch.
Step 6:Open personalize and select the theme.

Step 7:Restart the computer and BOOOMMMM...There you are
